To
make a piece of jewellery is a sensitive and mostly quiet process
- at least for me.
Since
I started my apprenticeship as a jeweller this process has changed
significantly.To
be more precise, it has changed from the head to the heart
- meaning that instead of planing and organising how to create
a piece, I now try to let my emotions, intuitions and feelings
speak and follow.
I
think jewellery is a mirror of the artist's emotions - of their
personality, of their lived experiences. After all, I am convinced
that nobody can create something without having experienced it
before in some way. My jewellery is an expression of my emotional
being |
