Everything I make takes reference from the ocean in both extreme beauty and terror. In particular my passionate obsession is with Jellyfish, one of the most beautiful and venomous animals on the planet. Most Jellyfish are 98% water and this contributes to a high degree of invisibility. Its pulsing, drifting beauty is sometimes only indicated through a faint tinge of blue or only a passing shadow under sunlit shallow water. Like little souls adrift in the sea.
