For over a decade Studio Ingot has been recognised at the forefront of supporting Australia’s vibrant contemporary jewellers. Founded in 2000 by Sarah Ross and Michael Fletcher, Studio ingot is located in Fitzroy’s arts precinct. Over 50 innovative Australian contemporary jewellery and silversmithing artists are represented by the gallery. Collectively the artists share the passion to create and the desire to explore the nature of the materials they select. The mix of precious and non precious materials such as titanium, platinum, enamel, plastics, silk, silver, gold, paper and gems allow an enchanting range of styles and aesthetic.
